Job Description :

We are looking for passionate handon salesforce Architect to Design comprehensive Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, third party integrations and align with best practices.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Develop architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and technical specifications for Salesforce implementations.

- Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.

Implementation and Customization :

- Lead the configuration and customization of Salesforce platforms, including Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud.

- Oversee the development of custom applications, workflows, and integrations.

- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical solution and guidance to development teams.

- Should be able to contribute in module development and Improvements

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.

- Drive innovation and adoption of new Salesforce capabilities within the organization.

Requirement :

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture and development.

- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.

- Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.

- Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms.

- Salesforce Architect certification is highly desirable.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions on time and within budget.
