Job Description
1. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on web applications, mobile applications, and network infrastructure.
2. Analyze and prioritize security vulnerabilities based on risk assessments and industry standards.
3. Collaborate with development teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities and ensure secure coding practices.
4. Perform static and dynamic application security testing (SAST/DAST) to identify security flaws in code and configurations.
5. Execute penetration tests against web applications, APIs, and mobile applications to identify and exploit vulnerabilities.
6. Develop and maintain security testing methodologies, tools, and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of security testing efforts.
7. Provide actionable recommendations and guidance to improve overall application security posture.
8. Stay updated with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques to proactively address emerging threats.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, DevOps, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with security policies and standards.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
1. 1 + Yrs Proven experience in conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on web and mobile applications.
2. Strong understanding of common web application vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10) and exploitation techniques.
3. Hands-on experience with security testing tools such as Burp Suite, Nessus, Metasploit, Frida, etc
4. Familiarity with programming/scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
5. Knowledge of secure coding practices, security frameworks, and compliance standards.
6. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in identifying and analyzing security issues.
7. Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
