Role & Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Colombia s AdTech platform. Identify market opportunities and define product vision in alignment with business objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product direction.
• Product Development: Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including requirement gathering, prioritization, and release planning. Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time. Define clear product specifications and user stories, ensuring technical feasibility and resource availability. Focus on the development and enhancement of JS and SDKs to improve platform capabilities.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and insights, especially in the areas of JS and SDK development. Ensure seamless integration and functionality of AdTech solutions across various platforms. Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders including publishers, sales, operations, and customer support to ensure product success. Communicate product plans, progress, and results to senior management and stakeholders. Gather and incorporate feedback from clients, partners, and internal teams to continuously improve the product.
• Performance and Analytics: Establish and track key performance metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. Analyze data to gain insights into user behavior and product performance. Implement A/B testing and other data-driven methodologies to optimize product features and user experience.
• Market and User Research: Conduct market research and user interviews to understand user needs and pain points. Use qualitative and quantitative data to make informed product decisions. Develop user personas, journey maps, and other tools to guide product development.

Skills, Experience & Expertise

• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AdTech products
• Deep understanding of digital advertising, programmatic buying, and the AdTech ecosystem.
• Strong technical background with expertise in JS and SDK development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Minimum Qualification Required

• bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA preferred from Tier I & Tier II colleges
• 5+ years of product management experience with a strong focus on AdTech products.
