Strategy Manager

• We seek a Strategy Lead for Times Prime- a strategic initiative in the subscription space that involves multiple key businesses of Times as well as some of the best brands in India
• You will play a pivotal role in defining our business strategy, assessing new opportunities, and scaling the business
• You will work with business and product leaders to support program management of projects
• The ideal candidate must be skilled in data analysis, identifying critical data information sources and developing data driven insights and communications

Work Responsibilities:

• Be the custodian of financial statements
• Monitoring performance of business
• Help define company goals and long-term strategy
• Driving alignment on pricing, business strategy and models with multiple stakeholders
• Creation of business models, AOP, commercial agreements with internal & external stakeholders
• Execution of projects driven by strategy, marketing or product teams
• Regularly researching market and competitive trends
• Experience in strategic planning and business analytics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent inter-personal skills
• Proficiency in excel & powerpoint
• Strong financial and excel modelling skills, and excellent power point slide preparation
• Significant experience in conducting secondary and primary research; competitive analysis
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Strong problem solving ability; rigorous and resourceful with a pragmatic approach
• Self-motivated; able to work alone or in a collaborative team environment
• MBA from a Tier-1 institute with at least 4 years of work experience
• Experience in managing multiple, complex projects and changing priorities & working effectively with cross-functional teams
