Location: Hyderabad ; Bengaluru ; New Delhi/Delhi NCR

About the Role: Tap Acoustics is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our market presence . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within relevant industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the acoustics and construction industry.
• Analyze competitor activities and market trends to develop strategic business plans.
• Business Development:
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the company's market share and customer base.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, architects,interior designers, contractors, and consultants to ensure satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Present and demonstrate Tap Acoustics' products and services to potential clients.
• Sales & Revenue Growth:
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the product development and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage pricing strategies and ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Fresher with knowledge about office appliances, furniture & interior designing products are welcome to apply.
• Candidates who have experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the acoustics, furniture, interior products, construction, or building materials industry are eligible for the interview.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of the acoustics and construction industry, including market dynamics and customer needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel within the designated Location and occasionally to other locations as required.

Freshers Requirement:

• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and relevant marketing certifications are encouraged to apply.
• He/She have to be a local candidate of Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Delhi location.
• MBA or Any post graduate candidate will be preferred.
