Project Manager

We seek a driven Project Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our energetic team. As a Project Manager, your role will involve supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of diverse projects across our organization. Working closely with our project management team, you will play a vital part in ensuring that projects are completed within deadlines and budgetary limits and with the utmost quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans and scheduling, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate project activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies and proactively propose solutions to mitigate them.
• Support the project team in conducting meetings, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
• Assist in resource management, including assigning tasks, monitoring workload, and ensuring team members have the necessary tools and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements, clarify objectives, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives and share best practices within the project management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in project management or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
