What youll do: - Deliver above-and-beyond customer service through phone, email, live chat and social media
- Liaise efficiently with our team in Varanasi and work with our internal systems to process and fulfill orders
- Resolve any dispatch related issues or customer requests with patience
- Think creatively about ways in which we can optimize each customer s experience
- Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "no task is too small" attitude
- Hyper-organized
- Excellent spoken and written communications
- Comfortable with Excel, web-interfaces basically, computers in general.
- Extremely patient!
- Have an interest in fashion, luxury or crafts
