Facilities Head - Healthcare Operations (20-25 yrs)

- The FD will be the sole custodian for overseeing the operational efficiency and financial performance

- The incumbent shall be accountable for driving operational excellence, cost management and revenue generation while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Also, oversee implementation of quality assurance programs, safety protocols, and patient care standards.

- In this role, the incumbent shall be managing the day-to-day hospital operations and dealing with all Doctors and staff. Proven experience of working in a healthcare set up and leading P&L statements, budgeting and financial planning, is required.

IDEAL CANDIDATE :

- MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute and with more than 20+ years of experience.

- Proven experience of working in a healthcare set up and leading P&L statements, and financial planning

- Strong financial acumen with a track record of improving profitability and operational efficiency.

- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and accreditation processes.

- One who is very strong in stakeholder management, and also has ability to manage both clinicians and non-clinicians.

- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans.

- Ability to manage change and drive continuous improvement within complex healthcare settings.

- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
