Job Description
- Create visually appealing user interfaces that align with the brand identity and enhance the overall user experience.

- Monitor and analyze competitor products and industry trends to keep our designs innovative and competitive
Your profile
- 3 - 4 Years of experience
- Candidates should have 2+ years of hands on experience on Figma Tool.
- Minimum years of experience in designing tool Figma.
- Experience of working with Design systems.
- Having experience of UI and UX both.
- Candidates should have knowledge about Design Systems.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation of the UI/UX vision.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements, clarify objectives, and understand user needs.
- Present design ideas and solutions to internal teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs
- A designer with a holistic approach to design, who is able to draw on key insights from different parts of an organization.
- Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Prototyping, Design Plugins, Photoshop Illustrator, Video tools.
- Understanding of web accessibility best practices and guidelines.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A good listener and facilitator who knows how to facilitate constructive design discussions.
- Bachelors degree. Preferably specialization in UI/Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
