Senior Full Stack Developer

Your responsibilities
Consulting and Governance: Participate in consulting with the customer regarding correct processes and practices with respect to governance.
Code Quality and Reviews: Perform quality checks by conducting code reviews within the team. Requirements Gathering:
Conduct requirement gathering for tasks and assist subordinates in this area. Effort Estimation:
Review and calculate the effort estimation for projects. Documentation and Design: Ensure documentation and design are completed properly before starting the work.
Project Planning and Delivery: Plan and deliver development activities within agreed quality standards and timelines. Team Support: Guide and support junior team members in regular deliverables.
Idea Generation: Suggest new ideas for transforming requirements into a project. Compliance and SLA Adherence:
Ensure adherence to the SLA and organizational compliance. Process Alignment: Ensure alignment to processes and practices concerning governance.
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
equivalent experience.10+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Technical Skills:`

Strong proficiency in Java and frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate.
Experience with fronted development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and micro services architecture. Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git).Understanding of containerization and cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, etc.) is a plus.
Experience in handling architectural design , evaluation & review is required.
