• Preparation of Fixed Asset Register April to March.
• Fixed Asset Addition/Deletion List.
• Trade Receivable/ Payable Ageing.
• Actuarial entries - related to Gratuity & leave encashment.
• Year end audit adjustment entries.
• Stock taking at year end with statutory auditors.
• Physical asset verification.
• Lesioning with statutory auditors.
• Other Notes to accounts working.

Income Tax

• Advance tax calculation & Deferred tax calculation.
• Preparation of Computation of Income/Tax depreciation.
• Preparation of Tax Audit report 3CA-3CD, & related enclosures.
• Preparation & filing of IT Return-Form 6.
• Transfer pricing audit 3CEB & related data.
• M FORM 3CEAC Return.
• Preparation of data for IT Notice/Assessments.

Capitalization of Fixed Assets

• Monthly review of project consumption GL & CWIP Account.
• Creating new asset in SAP & linking it to WBS No's.
• Monthly Depreciation run & Review the same (IGAAP/IFRS).
• Capex report for Group Reporting.
• Cost-center wise depreciation (IGAAP/IFRS).
• Deletion of Assets from Asset register.

Monthly Closure Activity

• GL Scrutiny- provisions, Forex GL, Admin Expenses.
• Prepaid entries/ Mark fee provision.
• Monthly Depreciation.
• Marked to market Entries.
• Preparation of Hyperion file/ICM file/ Inventory elimination file.
• Intercompany commercial invoices.
• Monthly MSME delay payment report

Updating Vendor Master

• Creating vendor code in FI Module.
• Updating Vendor Master- Bank details, PAN, TDS code etc.
• Blocking/Unblocking of vendors.

Other Activities

• Year- end closure in SAP.
• Verification of Payments on bank portal National sample survey return.
• Internal Audit Points.
• Online filing of 15CA-CB

Costing:

• Monitoring Monthly actual costs
• Cost Optimizer
• Cost Centre wise data analysis

Inventory Valuation:

• Checking of input data in inventory file
• Analysis of quantitative data
• Analysis of valuation for Raw Material, WIP, FG

Reporting:

• Preparation of monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reporting files
• Day to day report requirements

Audits:

• Handling Statutory/Internal//Tax audit queries related to Inventory, Sales and Cost
• Cost Audit
• Cost Audit records monitoring

Savings Monitoring:

Monitoring of all Cost Projects Saving

Budget & Forecast Activity:

• Preparation of Budgets
• Preparation of rolling forecast monthly

SAP Activities:

• Activity rate monitoring and updation
• Monitoring Production order Closing
