Role: Product Owner/Product Manager.
Experience: 10 15 years.

Job Description: The job is to understand customer requirements and Business objectives and provide strategic advice / business solution using technology to achieve goals.
Contribute for IT initiatives and collaborating closely with Product teams and Engineering teams.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Take a lead role with customers, Software Engineers, Architects, Capability Managers, and other team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions on complex issues.
- Create and maintain deliverables such as business vision, requirements, testing plan, testing schedule, testing scenarios, testing outcomes, user task analysis, wire framing, usability testing, personalization to different clients, and user interface design.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle by actively taking a lead role on agile scrum teams in various roles, including, but not limited to, Scrum Master, Business Technical Analyst, User Interface designer, Capability Manager, or Tester, based upon experience and need.
- Provide required business and/or subject matter expertise for both project and production related activities on complex issues, including new strategic programs or initiatives impacting current and existing systems.
- Ensure compliance for required standards and all necessary approvals have been obtained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Interface with the business areas, customers, partners, vendors, technical staff and project teams to drive value, return on investments and innovative solutions.
- This includes providing alternative solutions, including vendor solution acquisitions, with maximum benefits while reducing cost (e.g., cost benefit analysis, pros/cons of solutions).
- Take lead role in supporting various aspects of requirements testing (e.g.,testing plan, scenarios, documentation, defect management) to ensure minimal production defects are realized and completing analysis of the results tying back to customer impacts.
- Ability to analyze data (healthcare domain), derive insights and visualize the information to present POV (Point of Views), Solution Concepts highly preferred.
- Need to demonstrate experience in having performed these tasks.
Eligibility:.
- 10 plus years of total experience in which at least 5+ years of Product Management or Delivery experience in US Healthcare Payer domain.
- Experience on working in any Payer Side Claims Processing Platforms [any 1 from following list or similar] (Facets, QNXT, HRP Health edge, PowerMHS, Javelina, ikasystems, AthenalDX and any other Legacy products).
- Should have in-depth knowledge and connect upstream and downstream processes in Enrollment, billing, Group Plans products, Providers, claims, Reimbursement.
- IT Solution & Design experience.
- Prior development experience in mainframes.
- Ability to contribute independently.
- Storyteller, with strong presentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities:.
- Share experience on industry trends to guide organizations through important decisions.
- Use your strong interpersonal skills to ensure good relationships between the organization and stakeholders.
- Ability to explore data, navigate programs to understand the application behavior.
- Write high level solution document for business requirements.
- Develop and maintain schedule, roadmaps for the project activities.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and process models.
- Experience in agile methodology is preferred.
