Graphic Designer & Video Editor

We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Design and Content Creation:
  
• Develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual content for social media, websites, brochures, and other marketing platforms.
• Video Production:
  
• Edit and produce dynamic videos such as property tours, promotional content, client testimonials, and reels tailored to digital platforms.
• Creative Storytelling:
  
• Conceptualize and execute compelling visual narratives for marketing campaigns, project launches, and brand-building initiatives.
• Collaboration:
  
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of creative content with brand guidelines, project goals, and sales strategies.
• Trend Awareness:
  
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and industry tools to bring fresh ideas to the table consistently.
• Project Management:
  
• Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality results optimized for specific platforms and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or a similar role.
• Expertise in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Proven ability to think creatively and translate ideas into compelling visuals, especially for the real estate sector.
• Experience creating diverse content for social media, websites, and print platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and exceptional video editing work, with an emphasis on real estate projects.
