Selection Process

Shortlisted Candidates will undergo 2 Weeks - Training on .NET

THE TRAINING IS COMPLETELY FREE.

Post 2 weeks, candidates will be assessed and evaluated. Those who pass out from this, will be shortlisted for advance level training for 2 Weeks.

Once, the candidates who have successfully completed 4 weeks of comprehensive training will be assessed again through Tests, GD and Interview.

Finally, the candidates who pass out after the 4 weeks of comprehensive training, will be selected as Junior Developer L1 in the company with a starting Annual Salary of Rs2.00 lakhs.

The performance will be reviewed after 6 months and if found suitable, they will progress as Junior Developer L2 on an Annual salary of Rs3.50 lakhs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Familiarity with C#, CSS, and ADO.NET is preferrable
• Excellent communication skills in English is a must.
• A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute.
