Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS Consultant to join our team and lead the implementation and optimization of Global Trade Services solutions for our clients. The right candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP GTS functionality, including customs management, global trade processes, compliance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and set up SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) solutions to comply with global trade rules, customs procedures, and global logistics.

- Work with business stakeholders to identify trade needs, assess existing processes, and create and implement best practices with SAP GTS.

- Configure and manage SAP GTS modules such as Customs Management, Trade Compliance, Risk Management, Global Trade Document Management, and International Trade.

- Work on integrations with other SAP modules such as SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), and external systems to optimize global trade processes.

- Perform continuous improvements to current GTS processes, ensuring that they are aligned with changing global trade regulations.

- Lead and assist end-to-end SAP GTS implementation projects, including blueprinting, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Support data migration, end-user training, and regular support for operational excellence in global trade operations.

- Troubleshoot intricate issues, offer technical support, and work with diverse teams to streamline business operations and regulatory compliance.

- Stay current on recent developments and regulatory updates on global trade, customs regulations, and SAP GTS capabilities to meet compliance and optimize the system.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or relevant fields.

- Minimum of 6 years to 18 years of experience working with SAP GTS implementation, configuration, and support.

- Comprehensive understanding of SAP GTS functionalities such as Customs Management, Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Trade Preference Management.

- Extensive experience with global trade regulations, customs procedures, and global logistics.

- Knowledge of integration of SAP GTS with SAP MM, SD, and external third-party systems.

- Skills in leading and executing end-to-end implementation of projects in SAP GTS and streamlining business processes in geographies.

- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in creating scalable solutions to manage global trade challenges.

- Deep expertise in trade compliance, classification, tariff management, and free trade agreements.

- Work experience in handling SAP S/4HANA is a preferred qualification.

- Interpersonal and communication skills to handle clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

- Capacity to adjust to evolving business requirements and continually spur innovation in international trade processes.
