Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Product Manager to support our Product Lead in managing product development, sprint planning, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product management tools, and basic technical knowledge related to backend, frontend, and REST APIs.
This role offers an opportunity to work in the RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and AI domain while driving innovation and ensuring high-quality product releases.
Key Responsibilities: - Support Product Lead in daily product management activities and sprint planning.
- Collaborate with senior backend developers to ensure clear requirements and timely task completion.
- Coordinate with the QA team to ensure proper testing coverage and feature validation.
- Maintain product backlog and assist in creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor competitor offerings and market trends in the AI and RAG-specific space.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, QA, and design teams.
- 1-2 years of experience in product management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Proficiency in product management tools such as Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Basic technical knowledge of frontend, backend, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with SQL for basic queries and understanding of database interactions.
- Awareness of UX design principles and ability to collaborate with UI/UX teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in AI/RAG-based product development.
- Exposure to competitive market analysis and trend monitoring.
- Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and API integrations.
