Design skills Experience
Excellent illustration skills: Use illustration to elevate a brief, bringing in a distinctive, fresh and tailored approach to your work.
Versatility Range: Adapt and reinvent your style with every project. We work with a wide variety of brands and categories, which means being able to draw from multiple sources of inspiration is key.
Process led approach: Lead and contribute to the design of projects from concept to completion - have an iterative approach to work, are able to take feedback openly and implement the same on a timely basis.
Insight-led design thinking: Bring an insight-led approach to work - the way we approach design is not just visual. We focus on conceptual thinking that aligns with the brand strategy.
Articulate presentation: Present work to clients (and internally) with confidence clarity. Past experience with client facing projects is a plus.
Laser-focused attention to detail: Ensure the highest quality and consistency in visual tonal communication across the brand. After all, the beauty of design is in the details.

A distinct voice: Bring your opinions perspectives to the work you do - be unafraid to challenge the status quo and contribute fresh ideas.

QUALIFICATIONS
A degree / diploma in Graphic Design, Illustration or a related field (or enough experience to prove you ve got a hold of the craft!)
5+ years of illustration experience.
Excellent illustration and graphic design skills. If you can animate too, that s a plus!
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite Procreate. Specifically Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus.
