Position Overview:
As a Technology Lead, youwill spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge technologysolutions. You will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, engineers,and IT professionals to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative softwareprojects. Your role includes overseeing project lifecycles, ensuring alignmentwith business objectives, and driving technical excellence across theorganization.
Job Location and Address:
This requirement is Full Timeand working from the office only. No Hybrid or Remote is available. TheIncumbent is required to work in the following location:
- Plot No E 275, Industrial Area, Sector 75, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 160071
Responsibilities:
EndpointSecurity System (EPS): Configure,monitor, and maintain Endpoint Security Systems. Ensure compliance withsecurity policies and mitigate endpoint vulnerabilities. Respond to and resolveendpoint security alerts and incidents.
FirewallImplementation and Configuration: Plan,deploy, and configure firewalls to secure networks. Conduct regular audits andupdates to firewall rules and settings. Monitor network traffic and addressanomalies or unauthorized activities.
TroubleshootingMacBook Hardware and Applications: Diagnoseand repair hardware-related issues on MacBooks, including peripherals. Resolvesoftware-related problems, ensuring minimal downtime. Collaborate with teammembers or external support to solve complex technical issues.
FlexibleWorking Hours: Be available toaddress urgent technical issues outside standard hours. Adapt to shift-based oron-call work schedules as necessary support critical system updates or incidentresponses during non-standard hours.
RequirementsBachelordegreein Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Masters degree is aplus.
7+ years ofexperience designing, developing, and deploying software solutions.
Proven experiencein a leadership role within a technology team, with at least 5 years insoftware development.
Strong knowledgeof software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Proficiency inmultiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
Experience withfront-end and back-end technologies.
Familiarity withcloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
Understanding ofdatabase management and architecture.
Strong analyticaland troubleshooting skills.
Ability to thinkcreatively to resolve complex technical issues.
Up-to-date withemerging technologies and industry trends.
