Job Title: Chief Human Resource Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary 45000 AED to 55000 AED, Per month
Job Summary:
Seeking a for a leading Multinational Company into Retail and other sectors in Dubai who can drive the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the business objectives. The Chief Human Resource Manager will play a critical role in cultivating a high-performance culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring that the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent in a competitive market. The ideal candidate should possess extensive HR leadership experience in the FMCG/Retail/Fast Food chains etc. and demonstrate a strong understanding of the UAE's labor laws and cultural dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's mission and business goals. Partner with executive leadership to drive organizational change and provide consultative support on key HR issues.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent across all levels of the organization.
- Develop retention strategies to reduce turnover and foster a culture of engagement and loyalty.
3. Employee Development:
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
4. Performance Management:
- Develop performance management systems that support employee development, engagement, and accountability. Ensure that performance reviews are conducted regularly and effectively, promoting a culture of feedback.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the design and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent. Conduct salary bench-marking to ensure market competitiveness.
6. Employee Relations:
- Promote a positive workplace environment and address employee grievances and workplace issues in a fair and timely manner. Implement programs that enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.
7. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and other regulatory requirements. Develop and implement policies and procedures that protect the organization from risk related to human capital management.

9. Diversity and Inclusion:
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives across all levels of the organization. Foster an inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives and experiences.
10. HR Technology:
- Leverage HR technology and analytics to drive efficiencies and enhance decision-making within the HR function. Implement systems that streamline HR processes and improve the employee experience.
11. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives. Serve as an ambassador for the HR function and promote HR initiatives to all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree from any Premium institute such as XLRI/TISS/Symbiosis etc. in Human Resources Management
- Minimum of 10 -20 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the FMCG/Retail/Fast foods chains etc.
- Deep knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and manage change effectively.
