Education & Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Mid-level Salesforce development experience, with a portfolio demonstrating successful projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Einstein AI.
• Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I or II) is highly desirable.
• Experience with middleware solutions, specifically Boomi, is required.
• Experience with CTI integration is beneficial.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Salesforce development tools and practices, with the ability to implement complex functionalities and integrations.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of tackling challenges independently and as part of a team.
• Communication: Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members and collaborate across distributed teams.
• Adaptability: Comfort with a fast-paced, evolving project landscape and the ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Initiative: Proactive in identifying opportunities for system improvement and taking the lead on development projects.
