Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably within the furniture industry, and a proven ability to develop client relationships, drive sales, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new B2B clients and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, architects, interior designers, and dealers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business growth areas.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and after-sales service.
• Keep track of sales reports, client feedback, and market insights.

Key Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in furniture or related industries).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Mumbai for client meetings.
