Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller (Female Candidate) with good communication skills to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should be proficient in spoken English and possess the ability to communicate effectively with clients in various accents. Experience in an International BPO will be an added advantage.
Experience:- Fresher to 2 years Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and clients to understand their requirements.
- Clearly and confidently explain the services/products offered by the company.
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Maintain and update the database with accurate client information and feedback.
- Work towards achieving daily/weekly targets set by the team leader.
- Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Good communication skills in English, with the ability to handle various accents.
- Confidence in handling and converting leads over the phone.
- Freshers with a passion for customer interaction are welcome; prior experience in an International BPO is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge.
