Lead - Visual Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning:
• Define and implement visual standards, planograms, and seasonal/promotional displays aligned with the brand.
• Design floor layouts and optimize space for customer flow and sales performance.
• Planogram & Space Management:
• Create and maintain planograms, ensuring alignment with inventory and sales priorities.
• Audit stores to ensure adherence to VM standards and adjust as needed.
• Execution & Team Management:
• Oversee the execution of window displays, in-store visuals, and floor plans across stores.
• Lead and mentor store-level VM teams, ensuring consistent quality and innovation.
• Collaboration & Budgeting:
• Partner with category and store teams for product alignment and layout optimization.
• Manage VM budgets effectively while ensuring high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or related field.
• 8+ years of VM experience, with expertise in floor planning, space optimization, and planogram development.
• Strong design skills, retail operations knowledge, and proficiency in VM tools.
• Leadership and communication skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
