Work closely with Brand and DTC stakeholders to create market relevant and industry leading visual merchandising directives and plans.
Ensure VM planning directives are delivered to the highest quality and on time and in full.
Assist in the creation of consistent and relevant VM planning seasonal guidelines and training manuals. Execute and leverage key category strategies for seasonal and new product launches.
To elevate the VM and consumer journey by identifying digital opportunities and key focus areas (heat maps).
Maximize impact of key brand and product campaigns Implement processes to drive efficiency and consistency at market and cluster level. Support the ideation and creation of elevated retail activations together with the Retail activation Team. Department administration. Creation of reports and analysis of campaign executions. Contribute to the achievement of team objectives and KPIs. Additional responsibilities over and above this as and when the business needs. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
At least 5 years visual merchandising planning training experience with sports brands or fashion retail brands.
Able to develop VM guideline training materials independently. Creation of VM planning guidelines. Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) Detail oriented, organized, and dynamic. Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop skills a bonus. Good interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
Good Project Management expertise.
Functional experience with Sales/Retail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience and passion for a cross-functional organization. Fluent in English. Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree in business with marketing focus or a minimum of 3-4 years in Marketing, Sales, Visual Merchandising planning in sport or fashion retail.
