As a Community Manager at TheySway, you ll support the Discord and Instagram community by creating and monitoring the engagement on these social media platforms.
More specifically you ll get to:
Manage Social Media campaigns for various social media platforms to align with marketing strategies
Publish content that meets TheySway s communication style
Implement social media strategies to increase engagement followers
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry and digital trends
Responding to customer inquiries comments on social platforms in a timely manner
Build relationships with the online community
Monitor and provide feedback on engagement/conversation via social media channels to leadership
Who You Are
If you are a people person and enjoy engaging with customers to provide excellent customer service to the online community, you are already half-way through this role at TheySway.
If you love to implement social media campaigns to align with marketing strategies on specific platforms that fit best with the niche audience, and you understand that this is the first step to an effective social media strategy of building a community - then we are looking for you.
