Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Thoroughly review and validate coding assessments submitted by candidates, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and fairness.
- Develop and maintain robust backend scripts/tools using Golang, Java, or C to automate the assessment validation process.
- Ensure test cases cover edge scenarios and accurately reflect real-world application challenges.
- Collaborate closely with hiring teams to refine technical evaluation criteria and improve the overall assessment process.
- Analyze candidate submissions and provide valuable insights to inform assessment improvements and identify areas for enhancement.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure consistency in grading mechanisms across all assessments.
- Develop and implement systems to track assessment performance and identify potential biases.
- Maintain and optimize backend services related to assessment delivery and evaluation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in coding assessment methodologies and technologies.
Required Skills :
- Strong proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Golang, Java, or C.
- Experience with backend development, including RESTful APIs and database interactions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
