Therapy Specialist

Role & responsibilities :

• Proactively manage the implementation of sales strategies in line with BU strategy
• Establish plans like the Field Coverage Plan, Sales and Prescription Reporting Plans, Sales Incentive Plan etc. and execution of planned marketing strategies and consumer and customer loyalty programs
• Plan and deploy appropriate sales and business models to achieve strategic intent
• Monitor BU sales ensure that they are legally and ethically compliant in line with regulatory, local, and BSV policies

Preferred candidate profile

• Post-graduate in Pharmaceutical Management or/and Sales Management.
• Graduate
