We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Associate - Operation Support to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on managing logistics, coordinating with transporters and suppliers, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.

Responsibilities:

1. Logistics Coordination: Track and follow up on shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any transportation-related issues.
2. Supplier Management: Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, address discrepancies, and maintain strong relationships.
3. Process Optimization: Assist in streamlining operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
4. Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation for orders, shipments, and other operational activities.
5. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve operational challenges in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align logistics and supplier requirements with customer needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: Any Bachelors degree
• Experience: 2+ years in logistics, supply chain, or operations support, preferably in a B2B or textile industry.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of logistics software/tools and MS Office Suite.
• Coordination Skills: Strong ability to manage and follow up with multiple stakeholders, including transporters and suppliers.
• Organization & Attention to Detail: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and diligent in double-checking all tasks and documents.
