Position Title: Business Finance Associate

What We Are Looking

We are looking for a Business Finance Associate to support our business finance operations. The role involves reviewing financial documentation, transactions, and generated orders, ensuring compliance with commercial terms, and maintaining process quality.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and verify transactions, maintaining accurate records.
2. Review generated orders for compliance with commercial terms.
3. Support accounting processes and commercial finance activities.
4. Prepare transaction trackers, MIS reports, and ensure timely updates for management.
5. Ensure order-level visibility for management by tracking and reporting key data.
6. Maintain and enforce process quality control (QC) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
7. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
8. Perform quality checks on financial processes to ensure standards are met.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• Experience in commercial operations and financial transactions.
• Knowledge of financial documentation and accounting processes.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, pivot tables, and other efficiency tools like task management platforms.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and diligent in double-checking all tasks and documents.
