Job Summary:

The White Teak Company is looking for a skilled SCM Analyst to optimize supply chain processes through data analysis, reporting, and coordination. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint, a solid understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Inventory Management, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Data Analysis Collect, analyze, and interpret SCM data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
• MIS & Reporting – Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for SCM performance tracking and decision-making.
• Inventory Management – Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure optimal stock availability.
• Process Optimization – Work on process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Stakeholder Coordination – Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, sales) and external vendors for seamless operations.
• Document Management – Maintain accurate records of supply chain transactions, compliance reports, and inventory logs.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in SCM, Data Analytics, or MIS Reporting.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Inventory Control.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience with ERP or SCM tools is a plus.
