Job Description
Qualification- B.E/B.tech in Mechanical
Years of Experience - 10 to 15 yrs

Die Design and Engineering: Collaborate with engineers and designers to create and improve die designs to meet production requirements.
Die Fabrication: Supervise the fabrication and machining of dies, ensuring they meet quality and precision standards.
Maintenance and Repair: Manage the maintenance and repair of existing dies to extend their lifespan and ensure consistent production.
Quality Control: Implement quality control processes to verify the accuracy and performance of dies.
Resource Management: Allocate resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to meet production schedules and quality targets.
Budgeting: Develop and manage the die shop budget, including cost estimates for die fabrication and maintenance projects.
Scheduling: Create and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and internal production requirements.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure that the die shop operates in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Training and Development: Mentor and train die shop staff in the use of tools and equipment, as well as safety procedures.
Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and suppliers for the procurement of materials, tooling, and services.
