Python Developer - ETL (3-9 yrs)

Role Overview :

As a Python Developer, you'll be responsible for developing and optimizing data processing solutions, with a focus on ETL operations and SQL-based data manipulation. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Python, experience in the financial services industry, and a solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain Python applications for data processing and ETL tasks.

- Work with SQL and at least two other database systems for data handling.

- Collaborate in a distributed, agile team environment to build scalable solutions.

- Review and optimize code, participate in code reviews, and ensure best coding practices.

- Breakdown complex business requirements into manageable code modules.

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in Python programming with hands-on experience in data processing, ETL, and SQL.

- Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and Big O notation.

- Knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and version control.

- Prior experience in the financial services industry.

- Strong communication skills for collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3-12 years of relevant experience, depending on the level of application (Junior to Principal Developer).

Mandatory :

- Banking industry working experience
