Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Programme Associate - Militha , your responsibilities will involve the following :

Engaging with the beneficiaries of the Militha programme by visiting and documenting field activities, meetings, and other pertinent gatherings;

Engaging with other relevant stakeholders (Government, Non - governmental organisations, hospitals

Developing communication material for the programme (social media content, brochures, case studies,

Contribute to ideating and monitoring livelihood generation programs for individuals with disabilities;

Documenting programme activities, outcomes and impact; including preparing periodic programme

Acquiring knowledge and skills in disability rights, entitlements, rehabilitation and need based interventions for Persons with Disability.

Bachelors/ master s degree in Disability Studies, Development, MSW, Social Sciences or any other relevant field;

Aptitude for living and working in a rural setting;

Excellent computer skills including Office suite; Good written and oral communication skills in English;

The first three months of your employment will be considered a probation period
