Key Responsibilities :
- Module Expertise : Leverage your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors RCM, Onboarding, Compensation Planning, and Succession Planning to deliver innovative solutions.
- US Project Experience : Apply your knowledge of US labor laws and regulations to configure and implement SuccessFactors to meet specific client requirements.
- Implementation and Support : Participate in both implementation and support phases of SuccessFactors projects, ensuring smooth transitions and ongoing system health.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
- Process Optimization : Analyze existing HR processes and recommend improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM, Onboarding, Compensation Planning, and Succession Planning.
- In-depth understanding of US labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently 1 and as part of a team.
