Flutter Developer Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Full-Stack Flutter Developer who will be solely responsible for designing, developing, and deploying a feature-rich iOS application. Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End App Development:
• Design, develop, and implement the entire iOS/android application using Flutter, including front-end UI/UX and back-end architecture.
• UI/UX Design:
• Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces adhering to Apples Human Interface Guidelines.
• Backend Development:
• Develop and integrate backend services using Firebase, Node.js, or other suitable technologies.
• Handle database setup and management (e.g., Firestore, SQLite, or other).
• API Integration:
• Build and consume APIs to integrate external services or backend functionality.
• Performance Optimization:
• Ensure smooth performance, scalability, and responsiveness of the application.
• App Deployment:
• Manage the entire app release process, including Apple App Store submissions and compliance with all guidelines.
• Maintenance and Debugging:
• Monitor and resolve issues post-launch to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver the desired functionality.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Technical Expertise:

• Proven experience in Flutter app development with a robust portfolio of end-to-end projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dart and familiarity with iOS-specific design principles.
• Strong knowledge of compilation techniques: AOT and JIT
• Experience with backend technologies like Firebase, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in building and integrating RESTful APIs.

UI/UX Skills:

• Ability to design user-friendly and visually appealing app interfaces.

Database Management:

• Knowledge of database systems such as SQLite, Firestore, or similar.

Version Control:

• Proficient in Git or other version control systems.

Deployment Experience:

• Hands-on experience with app submission and updates on the Apple App Store.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience developing full-stack iOS applications independently.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Multilingual app development experience (Marathi/Hindi/English).
• Knowledge of cloud technologies for scalable backend architecture.
• Strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization
