• We are looking for a full-stack PHP developer with an experience of minimum 1 year, to join our team.
• As part of the early-stage team, you will work directly with the MD.
• This is your chance to significantly shape our codebase, infrastructure, and future using PHP, MySQL, and JQuery, etc.

Responsibilities and Duties

Primary:

• 1. Working with PHP, React and MySQL to design, develop, and debug web applications.
• 2. Writing clean, well-structured code with proper comments, fast executable PHP codes to a high standard, in a timely and scalable way.
• 3. Develop, Enhance & Maintain Frontend and Backend of the website by Working with the team to manage, optimize and customize multiple web applications. Integrating back-end services with PHP/Javascript based front end needs. Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules.
• 4. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot, testing, and maintaining the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
• 5. Testing: Testing and enhancing the design or structure of the website.
• 6. Bug Fix: Identify bugs and debug programs with proper testing.
• 7. Technical Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation
• 8. API Integration: Study, Understand 3rd party APIs & Implement it for Integrations.
• 9. API Development: Design, Conceptualize, Develop & Code APIs for 3rd party uses.
• 10. Open Source: Working with Repositories (GitHub, etc.)
• 11. Feature Requests: Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions. Assess and prioritize feature requests.
• 12. Incorporate New Features: Design, Develop, and implement new functionalities and features into websites and test new features using the latest technologies under agile development methodology.
• 13. Web Design: Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices. Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
• 14. UI: Designing in a user-friendly manner and SEO friendly. Integrate user-facing elements into applications.
• 15. UX: Enhance the website from a user experience point of view.
• 16. Site Navigation: Develops site navigation by categorizing content; funneling traffic through content.
• 17. Code Optimization: Review and re-write codes effectively and restructure it. -Refactor, optimize, and improve the existing codebase for maintenance and scale.
• 18. Code Clean-Up: Remove unwanted codes by smart coding.
• 19. DB Optimization: Optimize database and SQL queries to reduce the load and size of the database.
• 20. Functions: Design & conceptualize function() for repetitive codes, to reduce redundancy.
• 21. Security: Protects the site by designing and installing security precautions. Implement security and data protection solutions.
• 22. Improvement Cycle: Regularly monitor and improve the functionality of existing systems.
• 23. Architecture: Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
• 24. Responsiveness: Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance.
• 25. Server Handling: Handling cPanel & WHM

Secondary:

• 1. Technical Articles: Creating and maintaining technical help articles for clients.
• 2. Technical Content: Writing technical content for the site as and when needed.
• 3. Coordinating with Team: Develops site content and graphics by coordinating with copywriters and graphic artists; designing images, icons, banners, audio enhancements, etc.
• 4. Upgrades site by updating content and graphics; monitoring. performance and results; identifying and evaluating improvement options; introducing new technology; maintaining links.
• 5. Stay Updated: Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• 6. Competitor Tracking: Keep track of what new technical features and updates they launching and keep our product ahead of it.
• 7. Technical Help/Support: Providing technical help or knowledge to the team and providing technical support to the customers.
