We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - AdTech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Google Ad Manager (GAM), Ad Exchanges, SSP/DSP integrations, Pricing Strategy, and Header Bidding. This role requires a deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem to drive revenue growth, improve ad efficiency, and enhance overall monetization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end AdTech projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and timely execution.
- Execute programmatic operations, ensuring seamless ad delivery and performance.
- Manage relationships with network partners to optimize monetization strategies.
- Drive yield optimization by analyzing data and implementing pricing strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ad delivery, integration, and performance issues.
- Collaborate with Tech & Product teams to strategize and execute monetization initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project execution.
- Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle, implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in AdTech and integrate new technologies into existing processes and products to enhance ad offerings.
Required Skills:
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage AdTech projects, with a focus on digital advertising technologies (preferably in mobile or web environments).
- Strong expertise in Google Ad Manager (GAM), SSP/DSP integrations, and Header Bidding.
- Solid understanding of programmatic advertising and pricing strategies.
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Basecamp) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in budget management, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
Experience: 1-3 years in AdTech or digital media program management.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
