About the Role :
We're looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Growth Product Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing and executing growth strategies, and continuously optimizing our product and marketing efforts to achieve ambitious growth targets. This role requires strong understanding of product management principles, a passion for data analysis, and a proven track record of driving significant growth.
Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy Development: Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies across the entire user lifecycle, from acquisition to retention and monetization.
- Experimentation & Testing: Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to validate growth hypotheses and optimize conversion rates. Analyze experiment results and iterate on strategies based on data.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Deeply analyze user behavior data, identify growth trends and opportunities, and develop actionable insights to inform product and marketing decisions.
- Product Optimization: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and prioritize product improvements that drive growth. Define product requirements and work closely with development teams to ensure timely execution.
- Channel Optimization: Work with marketing teams to optimize marketing campaigns and channels for user acquisition and engagement. Identify new and innovative channels for growth.
- User Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new users through various channels, including organic, paid, and referral programs.
- User Retention: Develop and implement strategies to improve user retention and reduce churn. Identify key drivers of churn and develop solutions to address them.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, design, and analytics, to achieve growth objectives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding growth performance and strategy.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities to leverage best practices and differentiate our product.
- Growth Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key growth metrics and provide regular updates on growth performance to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Attributes we value:
- Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics) from tier 1-2 colleges or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on growth or marketing.
- Proven track record of driving significant growth in a product or business.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies.
- Deep understanding of user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
