Established in 1991, our Client is a leading travel marketing company headquartered in New Delhi (Jasola). It has a presence in about 12 locations throughout India and Singapore and represents four brands owned by the largest Cruise Liner in the World.
Role: - Organizational Psychologist - People and Culture Strategist
CTC: 15 to 17 Lakhs per annum
Location: Jasola Delhi (Work From Office)
Role Overview:
We seek a dynamic and people-focused Organisational Psychologist to nurture our company's culture, improve employee engagement, and align individual performance with organizational goals. Reporting directly to senior management, this role will bridge leadership and employees, ensuring mutual growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with 60+ employees across India and international locations to understand their motivations and challenges.
- Champion and preserve the organization's unique culture, ensuring alignment with company values.
- Collaborate with the hiring team to recruit individuals who are a strong fit for both job requirements and organizational culture.
- Motivate underperforming employees by identifying their strengths and implementing tailored support plans.
- Design and facilitate career development initiatives, including personalized training programs and workshops.
- Continuously review employee performance and set achievable goals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Act as a trusted mediator between senior management and employees to resolve concerns and promote communication.
Candidate Profile:
- A Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Psychology or Human Resources.
- Proven experience in organizational counseling or development roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire individuals and teams.
- A "people-first" mindset with exceptional emotional intelligence.
- Strong analytical skills to assess employee performance and suggest actionable solutions.
- Willingness to travel across India and internationally to engage with employees in all office locations.
