Candidates should have CREDIBLE ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS, like TEFL/TESOL/ BRITISH COUNCIL / QUALIFIED TRAINER CERTIFICATION FOR PROGRAMS LIKE IELTS TOEFL, etc.
BE THOROUGH IN THE NUANCES OF "EFFECTIVE" ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHING.
Should have ORGANISATIONAL ABILITIES TO SET UP HEAD THIS NEWLY PROPOSED ENGLISH LANGUAGES CELL.
Apart from being PRESENTABLE, the suitable candidate should have PATIENCE, ENTHUSIASM, BE QUALITY-DRIVEN.
Should have WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTERS , so as to be able to handle routine Class operational matters..
