REQUIREMENTS

• Planning and organising the production as per the schedule.
• Doing costings of drawings
• Preferably some experience in manufacturing printing / packaging machines and/or machine tools.
• Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe & efficient manner.
• Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labour required.
• Maximise productivity of machinery and workers
• To outsource and make procurement for the units.
• To convert drawing into the products within timeline.
• Assessing project and resource requirements.
• Estimating, negotiating, and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
• Determine which equipment will be used and where they will be stationed in the facility.
• Follow product specifications and quality control measures.
• Diagnose breakdowns and troubleshoot problems.
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
• Determining quality control standards.
• Overseeing production processes
• Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
• Selecting, ordering, and purchasing materials
• Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
• Liaising with the buyers and marketing and sales staff
• Supervising and managing the work of junior staff
• Organising relevant training sessions.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working directly under the Managing Director.
• Drive continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, Customer Service, and Productivity throughout the installation process.
• Ensure that every installation team member receives the proper safety training and equipment applicable to their position and follows Standard Operating Procedures for Safety.
• Assures the quality of work produced is acceptable to company standards and specifications.
• Passionate about renewable energies and electrification.
• Previous experience in production head in engineering department is a highly desirable Problem-solver.
• Pro-active and resultoriented ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in production.
• Degree in engineering (master’s degree preferable)
• Experience in CAD software.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proven experience in the production field.
• Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure.
