• Planning and preparing courses and lessons. Maintaining up to date subject knowledge related to CBSE preparation for Classes 11th upwards.

• Be proactively involved in teaching students.

• Motivating, facilitating, teaching, according to the pupils educational needs.

• Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within their class. Preparing weekly assignments for each batch assigned to her.

• Responsible for mentoring students and effective management of the classroom environment.

• Responsible for effective instructions, innovative approaches, and instructional strategies, including the effective use of technologies, to increase student learning and confidence to learn.

• Assessing, recording and reporting on the development and progress of students on timely basics.

• Communicating, consulting and providing feedback to the parents of students during PTM or as and when the requirement / need arises.

• Supervising students throughout the day, both in the classroom and outside during breaks.

• Maintaining productive working habits and discipline in the classroom

• Organising, attending and supervising school activities such as excursions,school events, camps and sporting events
