Roles and Responsibilities-
Prepare weekly incentive files of 700+ ground staff
and share them with field teams for reconciliation
Address Field force queries related to payout differences within 24 hours
Ensure 100% On-time/In-Full input is given to HR/Finance before pay-roll
Should be excellent in Excel skills and have worked on files with 1000
(Rows) X 100 (Columns)
Publish Cost Per Order Analysis on a weekly basis with management and
highlight any variation from expected trends
Creating MIS documentation to facilitate efficient operations and simple
system upkeep
Ensuring the privacy of all customers, employees and company records
