About The Role
We are looking for a talented graphic designer to join our team as associate design lead. The team member will play a key role in conceptualising and designing marketing creatives and will be responsible for translating Orange Health Labs s story visually into great designs.
Responsibilities
- Understand creative briefs to create unique visuals for infographics, GIFs, mailers etc.
- Should be able to convert thoughts/ideas into visuals.
- Adept with current visual trends, colour stories and a deep understanding of the brand voice
- Understanding of basic animation to create short-length moving illustrations
- Must take ownership of projects assigned
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
- An eye for detail
Skills we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in the graphic design domain
- Strong sense of typography, imagery, colors, composition and visual layouts
- Ability to keep up with & implement recent developments in design communication
- Ability to clearly convey information through a variety of channels to individuals/groups various stakeholders
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
