Key Responsibilities
Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing retail operational policies and procedures manual. Deploying e-Medics to Retain Centers and ensuring timely connection of samples to the lab via Runner Network
Cost control, shrinkage management and people management
Ensures store operations requirements are fulfilled to include scheduling, assigning employees, follow up on work results
Maintains store staff by assisting in recruitment, selection, orientation and training.
Maintains store staff results by coaching, counselling, disciplining, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
Protects staff by providing a safe and clean environment.
Protects customers by providing a safe and clean environment. (Infrastructure support via relevant stakeholders)
Operational communication to all staff.
Create and develop a coaching culture as well as promoting an environment that promotes diversity.
Ensure staff have a high level of customer awareness and product knowledge.
Liaise with Training Sales Department to develop and manage the companys sales and product training programmers
Work with Product team to improve tracking, efficiency and reliability in Operations, built and solve for scale
Qualifications
6-10 Years of strong Operational experience, Preferably in Logistics Operations
2. At least 3 years of operational experience in directly or indirectly managing blue-collared employees on ground
3. Strong communication and people skills. Empathetic leader who has dealt with people issues on ground
4. Experience in analyzing metrics and data-driven decision-making, Problem solving skills of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
