Role Overview

As a Senior SDR, you'll lead our outreach efforts to luxury hotels and resort chains, positioning our platform as a crucial tool for achieving their sustainability goals and enhancing guest experience. You'll work closely with our Account Executives to drive high-value opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns targeting decision-makers in the hospitality sector
• Qualify and nurture complex opportunities involving multiple stakeholders
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies
• Achieve and exceed quarterly qualification targets
• Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B sales development experience, preferably in hospitality or sustainability
• Strong oral and written communication skills - with the ability to perform sales in the US and Indian market
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets
• Experience with enterprise sales cycles and multiple stakeholder management
• Strong understanding of sustainability trends and ESG initiatives
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency with modern sales tools and CRM systems
