Promoting social and emotional development: Preschool teachers help children develop important social skills such as sharing, taking turns, and cooperating with others.

They create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe and supported.

They also assist in managing and resolving conflicts among children.

Providing individual attention: Preschool teachers understand that each child is unique and has different learning needs.

They observe and assess each child's progress and provide individual attention and guidance accordingly.
