We are looking for a Learning Designer to work with stakeholders to design e-learning pedagogies suitable for the relevant content. You will work with the Product Function on the overall learning experience and the design framework for individual courses. You will aid learning design research and work with a group of learning designers who will write learning objectives, interview subject matter experts, and create the content that will be included in facilitator guides, e-learning courses, or instructional videos.

Responsibilities:
Design engaging and innovative learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer.
Expand the scope of TLCs techno-pedagogy.
Work with product managers to ensure the correct transmission of pedagogy to the online learning modes.
Work with game developers to develop educational activities, simulations, and games.
Work with subject matter experts and identify the target audiences learning and training needs.
Apply tested instructional design theories, practices, and methods.
Decide on the criteria for judging learners performance and develop assessment instruments.
Creating infographics, mind-maps, cartoons, flowcharts, diagrams, etc., out of texts and materials to be embedded in the course.
Research and knowledge gathering for supplementing and reinforcing the primary knowledge source for the above content creation.
Design experiments to test pedagogical assumptions and hypotheses.
Create conversational teacher-student dialogues of instruction, storytelling scripts, and video lecture scripts from primary and secondary study materials.
ESSENTIAL / PREFERRED
Excellent English language skills and ability to write instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts.
An analytical outlook that enables the consumption and synthesis of knowledge from multiple sources and domains.
Knowledge and proven application of learner-centered, evidence-based instructional theories and adult learning principles in face-to-face, virtual classroom, and self-directed e-learning modalities.
Knowledge and proven application of lesson and curriculum planning skills.
Understanding of budgets and business planning.
Knowledge of course development software and learning management systems.
Managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Proficiency in generating various content formats for consumption from the source document(s).
Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Notion, , Linear, Intercom, Plateau, and Miro.
A strong belief that a team as a whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
