LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
2. Content Creation:
Collaborate
with the marketing team to brainstorm video concepts, create storyboards, and
develop creative briefs aligning with brand goals.
3. Motion Graphics:
Design motion
graphics and animations to enhance video content and increase engagement.
4. Social Media Optimization:
Adapt video
formats, lengths, and styles for various social media platforms, following the
latest trends and best practices.
5. Brand Consistency:
Ensure all
video content aligns with The Lakhani Groupbrand guidelines, messaging, and
audience expectations.
6. Collaborative Projects:
Work closely
with designers, copywriters, and other team members to execute multimedia
campaigns.
7. Trend Analysis:
Monitor social
media trends and video editing advancements, recommending innovative ideas to
keep content fresh and competitive.
Requirements
- Experience:
24 years of professional experience in video editing and content creation, preferably for social media platforms.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard video editing tools.
- Creative
Vision:
Strong skills in visual storytelling, composition, pacing, and video aesthetics.
- Social
Media Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of best practices for video content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Attention
to Detail:
Commitment to delivering polished and high-quality video content.
- Time
Management:
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability:
Flexibility to adjust content for various audiences, platforms, and trends quickly and effectively.
- Languages:
- Fluency
in English is mandatory; knowledge of Portuguese or Mandarin is a plus.
