Digital Marketing Manager- Immediate Joiner

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies focused on real estate clientele, utilizing digital marketing channels effectively.
2. Ad Campaign Management: Create and manage online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads,Meta Ads, social media ads, and other relevant channels to drive lead acquisition.
3. Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging content that attracts potential leads and nurtures them through the sales funnel.
4. Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics, track lead generation KPIs, and optimize strategies based on data insights to maximize ROI.
5. Lead Nurturing: Implement lead nurturing campaigns to engage with prospects at various stages of the buying cycle and convert them into qualified leads.
6. SEO and SEM Management: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase online visibility and drive traffic.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data insights, and provide regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
8. Budget Allocation: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources across various online platforms.
9. Landing Page Creation and Optimization: Design and edit landing pages to ensure they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.

Required Skills

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Minimum of 4-5 years in digital marketing with a strong focus on website management, preferably within the real estate sector or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), content management systems (e.g., WordPress), HTML/CSS basics, and SEO best practices.
• Proven ability to devise innovative campaigns that effectively engage target audiences and drive conversions.
• Strong data-driven thinking with the ability to interpret metrics for informed decision-making.
